Ford’s Mustang V6 new performance package has been named the “Mayhem Mustang Package” in a Facebook contest that drew more than 3,000 entries. The package bundles a 305-horsepower all-aluminum V6 (sweet).
If you didn’t make it to the Mustang car show at Perry Farm in Bourbonnais, IL today, you missed out! It was an awesome display of some of the hottest Stangs from every generation. There were Shelbys, Saleens, Roushs, you name it. 2nd gen Mustang Cobras were in the house, even a ’67 GT500KR. It was incredible.

In a time when Earth is experiencing a downtrodden economy and a “green” revolution, intergalactic space pirates from nearby Centauri are earning more booty by the minute. Centaurians agree that Ford has a winner on their hands. Qaxar hasn’t driven a Mustang since it “got me a lot of chicks, but was more nose-heavy than W.C. Fields.”
There has been a lot of commotion recently about the possibility of a diesel-powered Mustang that Ford is developing for Europe. Most reports have alluded to actual plans Ford has and which existing powerplants would be used. Who is right?
Ford created a special edition “Mustang Club of America” car, as an option package for the V6, for $995. It brings the total sticker price to about $27,690.
